AESD Families: Need Your Support, Complete Form to Help School Funding

Dear Parent/Guardian:

State funding for California public schools is based on information collected on the “Household Income Data Collection” form completed by the parent/guardian.  It is very important that 100% of eligible households complete this form so that the Adelanto Elementary School District receives the maximum funding for their students’ education.

Due to Covid19 restrictions we have now made it easier to collect this data by completing the form online. Only one needed per family. To complete form, click here.

By completing the form as soon as possible, you help ensure our schools receive the funds needed to better service our students.

If you have any questions or need help filling out the form, please contact Jeanette Wheeler at 760-246-8691 extension 10317 or Lupe Perez at extension 10320.

The information submitted on this form is a confidential educational record and is therefore protected by all relevant federal and state privacy laws that pertain to educational records.
