Welcome To Adelanto Elementary School

Adelanto Elementary School is our oldest continually-operational campus in Adelanto, CA. The school features 1950's architecture, large grassy fields, and sits right in the heart of Old Town Adelanto. Adelanto Elementary School's mascot is the Cougar, and holds a population of 300 students.

2021-22 Student Calendar: First Day of School for Students - August 9, 2021

Parents/Guardians: the 2021-22 academic calendar is now available. First day of school for the 2021-22 school year will be August 9, 2021.

Status of Negotiations with California School Employees Association

A tentative agreement has been reached between the District and the California School Employees Association for the 2020-21 academic year. We thank all of the team members of the CSEA Negotiation Team for their collaboration and diligence during the negotiations process.

Learning Recovery Summer Session: Enrollment Open, Register Today!

The Adelanto Elementary School District is offering a new summer learning and enrichment program: Learning Recovery Summer Session. Two sessions are being offered, June 7 to July 2 or July 6 to July 30. Both sessions will be from 8 am to 12 noon. An afterschool program will be offered for both sessions from 12 noon to 2 pm. Our highest priority is to provide safe spaces with caring adults, and learning opportunities grounded in student interests that can re-spark their engagement, foster their recovery, and prepare them for returning to in-person learning in the fall.
